Organizational Hierarchy
The organizational structure of PEOPLES COLLECTIVE INDIA has been designed to ensure transparency, accountability, efficient governance, and effective execution at every level. As a volunteer-driven national movement, the hierarchy combines strategic leadership with grassroots participation, enabling citizens across the country to contribute meaningfully toward nation-building.
The organization is governed by a Board of Directors, which provides strategic direction, ensures compliance with legal and ethical standards, and safeguards the mission and vision of the movement. An independent Advisory Council and Ethics & Transparency Council offer expert guidance and strengthen accountability.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leads the day-to-day operations and coordinates the work of specialized departments responsible for programs, finance, legal affairs, communications, partnerships, technology, and volunteer management.

To ensure nationwide reach and local impact, PEOPLES COLLECTIVE INDIA operates through a decentralized structure consisting of State Chapters, District Chapters, and Local Community Cells, empowering volunteers to address regional challenges while working toward a common national mission.

This hierarchy is designed to be scalable, allowing the organization to grow seamlessly across India while maintaining professionalism, operational efficiency, and democratic participation.

At its core, every level of the organization is guided by the principles of Integrity, Transparency, Accountability, Inclusivity, Environmental Responsibility, and Service to the Nation, ensuring that every decision contributes to building a stronger, cleaner, greener, and corruption-free India.
