Good Governance
Holding Power Accountable.
Strengthening Democracy.
To promote transparency, accountability, and responsible governance, People's Collective India (PCI) shall establish an independent State Good Governance Council in every state and Union Territory.
GGC -Good Governance Council
Each State Good Governance Council shall consist of 10 to 25 members appointed by People's Collective India.
Heading Council
Heading Council members shall be individuals of integrity, competence, and public credibility, drawn from diverse fields such as law, public administration, education, healthcare, engineering, finance, environmental science, agriculture, social work, technology, and community leadership.
Independent Expert Council
Every activity, programme, and initiative undertaken by People's Collective India shall be monitored and evaluated by an independent Expert Council comprising qualified professionals and subject matter experts. The Council shall ensure transparency, accountability, ethical conduct, quality standards, and measurable impact, while providing objective guidance and recommendations for continuous improvement.
The purposes

The Council shall function as an independent citizen oversight body with the objective of:

Monitoring the quality of governance and public service delivery.

Examining matters of public concern and administrative inefficiency.

Identifying instances of poor governance, corruption, negligence, or misuse of public resources.

Promoting transparency and accountability in public administration.

Encouraging evidence-based policy improvements.

Representing citizens' concerns through constructive engagement.


Responsibilities
The Good Governance Council may:

Review government policies and their implementation.

Assess public infrastructure, healthcare, education, environmental protection, transport, and civic services.

Receive and examine representations from citizens.

Conduct independent field assessments and public consultations.
-
Publish periodic Good Governance Reports based on verifiable facts.

Submit recommendations to the concerned government departments.
-
Encourage corrective action through dialogue and public awareness.
